E-COMMERCE ASSOCIATE - PART TIME

Role Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the For Artists Only website
• Regularly updating and adding new products
• Driving website traffic and increasing sales
• Staying current with new e-commerce practices
• Maintaining up-to-date product and brand knowledge
• Assisting customers with product inquiries

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar e-commerce role
• Skills in Shopify and Photoshop
• Proficiency in English and valid work permits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-oriented mindset

SALES ASSOCIATE - PART TIME- BONDI 

Iconic fashion retailer For Artists Only is looking for a casual sales associate to join its Bondi boutique.  Known for its highly curated mix of international and Australian fashion and lifestyle brands, this role will see you focused on selling, restocking and merchandise a beautiful mix of brands. We will expect outstanding customer service and the ability to promote the growth of the business by meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role and be ready to join this high energy, passionate and creative team. As this is a casual role the ideal candidate must have the flexibility to work on weekends or during the week subject to request.  

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service

• Maintaining an immaculate store condition and visual merchandising standards

• Ensure the store is always fully stocked

• Intuitively work with clients and anticipate their needs

• Provide in-store styling advice for customers

• Manage point of sale processes.

• Aid in the receiving and organising of new stock deliveries.

• Always be up to date with the latest product information and brand happenings.

• Follow all policies and procedures

We require:

• A proven working experience in a retail sales position

• A good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Must be proficient in English and have relevant work permits.

• A proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be customer oriented at all times
